CP Nozzles Aerial Nozzles App

Thank you for choosing our new CP Nozzle App! This calculator is an enhanced version of our Legacy Calculator. Here’s what it can do for you:

  • It combines CP nozzle calculations with USDA testing data, eliminating the extra step of visiting the USDA website to input nozzle information.
  • It allows you to save your nozzle configurations for future use.
  • Access your account via the web or through Google Play. Apple users can create an account on our website. Once the Apple app is complete, you can access any data you entered through the app’s web version.

Key Features

Precision Nozzle Calculator

Built on industry guidelines and USDA-ARS data, our nozzle calculator helps you quickly find the setups that work for you. You receive baseline recommendations by entering details such as application speed, swath, desired flow, and the number of nozzles. The CP app then provides nozzle options that meet that criterion, reducing the trial-and-error typically required when selecting nozzles.

Droplet Size & Flow Modeling

Real-world factors—such as wind speed, humidity, and chemical mixes—can significantly affect droplet size. CP Aerial Nozzles includes advanced flow modeling to help you see how these variables might influence coverage. While the app provides a strong baseline, always conduct pattern testing and follow label directions to verify results under your specific conditions.

User Account & Configurations

With a personal account, you can save favorite nozzles, store custom configurations, and manage your preferences across devices. This centralized approach means you have consistent, secure access to your data—whether you’re in the office, at the airfield, or on the go (with internet access). Having all your records in one place makes recalculations or equipment checks faster and more organized.

Dealer Finder

Need genuine parts or professional support? Our built-in listing of authorized CP Nozzles dealers points you to reputable sources for nozzles, accessories, and guidance. Rather than searching multiple sites, you can consult a curated set of dealers who understand the demands of aerial application and can provide reliable, authentic components.

Disclaimer

All calculations rely on user inputs and reputable data sources, including USDA-ARS. Actual results may vary due to temperature, humidity, wind speed, chemical mixtures, aircraft speed, and other variables. Always follow chemical labels, conduct pattern testing, and comply with local regulations. Neither CP Nozzles nor Texas Transland, LLC assumes liability for outcomes based solely on app-based calculations. We recommend verifying droplet sizes and coverage patterns in real-world settings.
